No source-file sharing

Never resell, share, sublicense or distribute the original files.

1. Standard commercial license

Unless a product page states otherwise, a paid Digitrify product includes a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for one purchaser to create personal projects and commercial end products. Ownership and copyright in the original design files remain with Digitrify or the identified creator.

2. What you may create

  • Physical finished goods such as apparel, stationery, invitations, packaging, stickers and craft products.
  • Digital end products where the purchased asset is flattened, combined with other creative elements and cannot be extracted as a standalone file.
  • Marketing graphics, social content and branding materials for your own business or one end client.
  • Client work delivered as a completed design—not as editable source assets.

3. What is not allowed

  • Reselling, sharing, gifting, uploading or distributing original or lightly modified source files.
  • Including assets in another clipart, SVG, font, template, mockup or digital-paper bundle.
  • Making files available through shared drives, memberships, marketplaces or download links.
  • Claiming the original artwork as your own, registering it as a trademark, or using it in a logo without written permission.
  • Using assets for unlawful, deceptive, hateful, defamatory or infringing content.
  • Using free products commercially unless the individual freebie explicitly grants commercial use.

4. Print-on-demand use

Print-on-demand use is permitted only when the asset is meaningfully combined with text, layout or other design elements to create a distinct finished composition. Uploading the original artwork unchanged or making it extractable is not permitted.

5. Fonts, templates and mockups

Fonts may be installed and used by the licensed purchaser to create finished work, but font files cannot be shared. Templates must be customized before commercial sale. Mockups may be used to display your work; the mockup source file may not be redistributed.

6. Users, teams and clients

The standard license covers one user. A client may receive a final flattened deliverable, but not the editable Digitrify source asset. Agencies, teams, multi-seat users or high-volume distribution should request an extended license before use.

7. License termination

The license ends automatically if these terms are breached or a purchase is refunded. On termination, distribution must stop and shared source files must be deleted.
